FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS:

1. An application filled in by an applicant
2. A student’s personal card filled in by an applicant
3. The papers about education
4. The signed translation into Ukrainian or Russian of the papers about education
5. The certificate about the validity if the papers about education which should correspond to the papers about education of Ukraine (for the Master degree)
6. A copy of the Bachelor degree
7. A copy of the passport with a photo and visa
8. Twelve photos 3x4 cm (colored)
